Come back soon, I'll be searching the web for some links that will inspire us to greater things!
Is your house a mess? Tired of cooking? Laundry all over the place?
Fly Lady will whip you into shape (if you let her). It's worth taking a look!Menus4Moms! Wow, great site for busy moms! All the menus are free and, if you want to plan your own menus she has forms you can print. I was just introduced to a great book The One Minute Mother Part of the One Minute Series, these books are simple and easy to read. Much less complicated than some of the others I've read. (I SHOULD be a pro by now :) I found it at the library. Give your childrens responsibilities back to your children. Kids can do more and more on their own as they get older which means you'll have more time and they'll have more self confidence. Check out flylady or get some books at the library on home management to give yourself a boost or, like I do, take advantage of your homeschool support groups by e-mail or at the park when you feel bogged down. You'll find their solutions are much the same. As Fly Lady says, "You can do anything for 15 minutes!" Here are some ideas from my kids:

WAYS TO MAKE WORK MORE FUN!  (by son-9  1/2)
Have your kids music on while they work.
Reward them with some food afterwards that they like (maybe pizza).
Time them and see how much work they can get done in 5 minutes.
Let them have a break between jobs.
Give them jobs that they already know how to do.

WAYS TO MAKE WORK LESS OF A CHORE (by son-13 1/2)
Background music.
Work with someone else so you can talk.
Don't try and overwork yourself, just pick up the clutter.(hmmm.........)

WAYS TO MAKE WORK MORE ENJOYABLE (by son-11 1/2)
Chew your favorite bubble gum.
Listen to music.
Treat yourself to a reward afterward.
